Born in Chaves on the 20th of July 1983.
Having started with the electric guitar and the classical guitar, he was ready to know the "Song of Coimbra" in the voice of his priest, a university student, who made him want to learn to play the Coimbra guitar.
Luego, continued his studies at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Coimbra, in which he enrolled in 2011, the same day that he enrolled in the Escuela de Música de la Section de Fado of the Asociación Académica de Coimbra.

doctor Jorge Gomes, I had the privileged opportunity to learn this instrument.
In 2003, I was one of the founders of the grouplacrimation, with him who participated in the Monumental Serenades in Coimbra and in numerous other events from north to south of Portugal and in the archipelagos of Azores and Madeira.
Promoted and participated in the recording of the CD Homage to Carlos Paredes: "Serenata do Caloiro 2004" was present in numerous international events, including in Canada, the Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Italy and France.
His academic career ends with the celebration of the 125th anniversary of the Academic Association, an event where he shared the Estoril Casino stage with Xutos and Pontapés to play "Homem do Leme" with his own arrangement for the Coimbra guitar.
Simultaneously with his profession as a pharmacist since 2008, he has always continued to dedicate himself to the guitar.
In 2014, together with
I created the projectour guitar
dedicated to the studio and diffusion of the Coimbra guitar, with him who has held concerts and conferences, in Portugal and abroad.
It is currently accompanied by
on the classical guitar. He focuses his greatest attention as a performer on the musical work of the Paredes family, the most relevant in the history of this instrument.
As an author, he released the single "Ao Fundo do Túnel" in 2015 and is preparing his first original work.
