Henrique Fragais a guitarist trained in the cultural heart of the academic world of Coimbra, where he made his way through the history of the Portuguese guitar. Soloist with a strong creative impulse, his work is born in the transgenerational echo of this instrument and asserts its identity in a unique encounter between tradition and evolution.
presents itself inMusic Houseas an interpreter of a representative part of the work of Carlos Paredes - the most iconic ever composed for the Coimbra guitar - and also as an author, including in this concertsome of your original themes.
He will be accompanied on classical guitar byTiago Santos, a virtuoso guitarist with a vast academic musical background, committed to collaborating with "our guitar" in the preservation and dissemination of the historic work of the Paredes family, as well as in the construction and promotion of their authorial work.
After a forced break of about eight months that forced guitarist Henrique Fraga to postpone this date, initially scheduled for May 1, 2018, the opportunity finally arrives to take the stage of the prestigious Casa da Música, renewed and waiting for a show which marks the debut of this duo in full concert.
